Welcome to Mitram Spa! Before you begin your journey toward relaxation and wellness, please take a moment to go through our terms and conditions below. All services at Mitram Luxury Spa are delivered by trained therapists, and we never make misleading or unverified health claims of any kind.

 

 1. Booking and Reservations:

  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or in person at our spa.

  • Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
     

​ 2. Arrival and Late Policy:

  • We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to settle in comfortably.

  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration out of fairness and consideration for other guests.

 3. Health and Wellness:

  • Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session begins.

  • Guests who are pregnant are advised to consult their physician before booking any treatment at our spa.

  • Certain medical conditions may require a doctor's clearance prior to receiving specific services. Our team will guide you accordingly.

 4. Payment and Gratuity: 

  • Payment is due upon completion of your service. We accept cash, credit cards, and gift certificates for your convenience.

 5. Spa Facilities: 

  • Access to spa facilities such as the steam room or Jacuzzi may be subject to additional charges or require prior booking.

  • We request all guests to respect the calm environment of our spa by refraining from loud conversations or mobile phone usage during their visit.

 

 6. Personal Belongings:

  • Mitram Spa is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

  • We recommend securing valuables in the provided lockers or leaving them at home for peace of mind.

 7. Age Requirement:

  • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may be restricted from certain services or facilities based on suitability.

 

 8. Gift Certificates: 

  • Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed against any spa service or product of your choice.

  • Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

 

 9. Feedback and Concerns:

  • Your feedback means a great deal to us. If you have any suggestions, concerns, or thoughts about your visit, please feel free to share them with our staff or management - we are always listening and looking to improve.
